Default Drag-View Interface

I'm pretty certain this feature is not available in Guild Wars at the moment. I don't suppose it'll be terribly necessary but I personally am all for making user interface easier to navigate in order to create the least clutter when trying to play the game to one's maximum ability.

Basically, instead of having to click on a new opponent each time to view his/her skill activation, it is possible to simply drag the mouse on top of an opponent to see his/her skill activations as well as the health.

Few clarifications:
-If a player has an opponent selected already, any skills he/she uses would be used on the opponent selected, not the one he/she is viewing.
-Having the mouse idle and not selecting anything shows the name and skill activation of the monster currently selected.
-This feature can be toggled on or off.

I made this way more complicated than it actually is - basically, everything works the same way as it does now except dragging the mouse on top of an opponent other than the one already selected reveals the health/skill activation of that opponent.

I suppose it could be argued that this would somehow make the game 'noob-friendly' by allowing easier interface, but I'd like to view it as more of removal of useless obstacles getting in the way of real gameplay.

That is to say, now, a relatively new ranger would have an easier time interrupting enemy casters as much as an old-timer, who is very much used to click-to-view method. Now, instead of their skills levels being determined by how fast hey can click to view enemies' skill activations and such, it'll be more about who has better judgment, knowledge of game, and common sense to be able to more effectively utilize their interrupts.

I think this would create a lot of confusion when like moving the mouse to click skills/party members etc
